Kathryn S. Rossow,

Interim CEO/Executive Director

Kathryn has been a community leader and volunteer for almost twenty years and is exceptionally qualified to be our Interim CEO/Executive Director. Among her many other activities, she served as the Executive Director of the Volunteer Center of Southwest Michigan. She has also served on the Boards of Lakeland Regional Health System, United Way of Greater Niles and the United Way of Southwest Michigan. She was the Chair for the National Council of Volunteer Centers of The Points of Light Foundation in Washington, D.C.. In 2006 she received the Liberty Bell Award, made by the Berrien County Bar Association to a citizen who has furthered the cause of justice in Berrien County. Kathy has also been a Big Sister since 1999.

Susan D. Armstrong,

Program Director

Sue has been our Case Manager/Program Director since October, 1976. She has an impressive 31 years of experience matching, supervising and maintaining and building mentoring relationships. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree.

Linda McGregor,

Office Manager

In addition to being the Office Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Berrien & Cass, she is also an Owner/Broker at Community Mortgage, a locally owed residential mortgage lender.
