Kathryn S. Rossow,
CEO/Executive Director
Kathryn has been a community leader and volunteer for 29 years and is exceptionally qualified to be our CEO/Executive Director. Among her many other activities, she served as the Executive Director of the Volunteer Center of Southwest Michigan. She has also served on the Boards of Lakeland Regional Health System, United Way of Greater Niles and the United Way of Southwest Michigan. She was the Chair for the National Council of Volunteer Centers of The Points of Light Foundation in Washington, D.C.. In 2006 she received the Liberty Bell Award, made by the Berrien County Bar Association to a citizen who has furthered the cause of justice in Berrien County. Kathy has also been a Big Sister since 1999.
Christina Frank,
Case Manager
Christina Frank comes to us with experience working in both the education, and non-profit fields. She remains active in her community, and is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Social Work. Christina is married and has one son. She enjoys spending time with her family, and working with youth.
Jeannie Haverstick,
Office Manager
Jeannie Haverstick has devoted her career to the non-profit arena. Serving as Director of Caring Ministries included such programs as working with battered women, food pantries, presenting personal safety programs to elementary children, and creating a mentoring program for young women. She is a published author, conference speaker and teacher of women's studies.
