Sports Fans and Trivia Buffs of All Kinds Are Invited to Join Us for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Berrien & Cass’ Trivia Night Fundraiser

September 10, 2008, Niles, Michigan – If the Olympics held a ‘trivia competition’ would you have dreams of winning gold? Do you know the answers to questions such as, “Which NCAA Football team has won the most National Championships in Modern Football?” or “What are bowling balls are made of?” If so, you can test your trivia knowledge on questions like these and others at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Berrien and Cass' Sports Trivia Night Fundraiser. The action will begin following the opening remarks the evening of Saturday, October 25, 2008 at Saint Mark’s Parish Hall located at 3 N. Nineteenth Street, Niles, Michigan. So, plan on bringing your family and friends, seeing old friends, meeting new people and having a great night!

Team participants will gather at their respective tables. While enjoying their tailgate food and munchies, they will compete against each other by answering trivia questions on topics such as current and vintage sports trivia as well as other trivia categories. However, the evening is not specific to trivia aficionados — a silent auction, door prizes and a 50/50 raffle during breaks in the trivia action will provide something for everyone. $250 will go to the winning table!

The minimum donation for entry is $100 for a team of ten. Registration can be completed in advance to guarantee your spot, as team tables are going fast. Doors open and registration begins at 6 p.m. and trivia will begin at 7 p.m. Each team is encouraged to bring tailgate food and munchies. There will be a cash bar offering beer, wine, soda and bottled water. All proceeds from the event, which is open to the general public, will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Berrien and Cass, Inc..
